SPINACH BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked & drained
1 c. herbed stuffing mix
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. crushed garlic (or garlic powder)

Mix all ingredients together. Make 1 teaspoon size balls. Set on an ungreased cookie sheet. Freeze. Remove from freezer 1 hour before cooking. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
