SPINACH BALLS 
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 c. herb stuffing
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (cooked according to directions, drained)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. pepper

In large bowl beat eggs. Add all other ingredients and mix. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
