SPINACH BALLS 
2 (1 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained well
1 (7-8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. fine chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme

Mix all ingredients. Chill. Then shape into balls the size of a large walnut. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degrees.
