PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

Blend dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients.

Grease and flour 2 (1 pound) coffee cans. Fill cans about 2/3 full. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
