CREAM CHEESE SNOWCAPS 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon or almond extract
1 c. powdered sugar

Combine flour and baking powder. In a small bowl beat butter and cream cheese until softened. Add sugar and extract and beat until fluffy. Add flour mixture and beat until well mixed. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours or until easy to handle.

Shape into 1" balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Remove and cool slightly. In a plastic bag gently shake, a few cookies at a time, in powdered sugar. Cool thoroughly. When cool, shake cookies again in powdered sugar. Yield: about 36.
