SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 green peppers
2 lg. onions
8 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 c. oil
8 qt. tomatoes
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. sugar
8-12 oz. tomato paste
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. oregano
1/4 tbsp. Tabasco
2 lg. bay leaves

Simmer green peppers, onions, garlic and oil. Add rest of ingredients and boil for 1 1/2 hours. Pour in jars and seal.
