DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese, heat to lukewarm
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. instant onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften the yeast in water. Combine all ingredients except flour; mix well. Add flour a little at a time, mixing well after each addition, to form stiff dough. Cover. Let rise until double in size, about an hour. Stir down. Turn into greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Let rise until light, about 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Brush with butter.
