SLEIGHRIDE 
Warming and non alcoholic.

8 c. hot coffee
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Candy canes

1. Whip cream with vanilla.

2. Mix coffee with sugar and chocolate. Pour into stemmed glasses or Irish coffee mugs.

3. Place a generous dollop of whipped cream in each mug. Garnish with a candy cane and/or a sprinkle of crushed candy.

Serve.
