SHO FLY PIE | |
1 c. flour 3/4 c. light brown sugar 1 tbsp. Crisco 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. King syrup 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. hot water Combine the first 3 ingredients for the crumb mixture. Save 1/2 cup for topping. In another bowl, mix the egg, syrup and 3/4 cup of hot water. Add to dry mixture and put in unbaked pie shell. Cover with crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then 375 degrees for 20- 30 minutes. |
