CHEESE CRUNCHERS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle butterscotch flavored morsels
6 measuring tbsp. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. chopped nuts
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 measuring tbsp. lemon juice

Combine over hot (not boiling) water, butterscotch flavored morsels and butter. Heat until melted and smooth. Transfer to large bowl; stir in graham crackers crumbs and nuts with a fork until mixture forms small crumbs. Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into 15 x 10 x 1 inch ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

In large bowl combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour and lemon juice. Pour evenly over hot baked crust. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Chill in refrigerator before serving. Cut into 2 x 1 inch bars.
