HAM LOAF 
1 lb. cured ham, ground
1 lb. fresh pork, ground
2 eggs
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. minute tapioca
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix together the meat, eggs, cracker crumbs, tapioca, and milk. Pat the mixture in a 10 x 6 inch pan. Whisk the vinegar, water, brown sugar and mustard and cook until it boils. Pour this on top of the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
