SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can apple pie filing
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, beat egg slightly. Add sugar, sour cream, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. Add pie filling. Mix. Turn into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour

Mix brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on hot pie. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 15 minutes more.
