COTTAGE CHEESE BUNS 
4 c. cottage cheese, dry
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 c. raisins

BUNS:

4 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cake yeast dissolved in a little lukewarm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. shortening
1 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients. Add shortening, egg, milk and dissolved yeast. Knead until smooth. Put in warm place to rise for 2 hours or more.

Roll out on floured board 1/4 inch thick. Cut in 4 inch squares. Place 1 tbsp. cheese in each square. Fold corners together.

Place on greased baking pans and let rise 1/2 hour. Brush top with egg yolk. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
