FISH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. white fish
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 diced green onions
1 tomato, cubed
2 stalks celery, chopped
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Place fish in lightly oiled baking dish. Lightly salt and pepper. Layer mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, onions, celery, and parsley. Sprinkle paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
