FISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fillets (any white fish)
3/4 can condensed mushroom soup
1 sm. onion
3 to 4 slices crumbled bread
2 or 3 slices cheese
Melted butter

Place fillets in casserole. Dice onion and sprinkle over fish. Spread mushroom soup over fish. Mix bread crumbs with cheese and melted butter and sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350 degrees.
