STAGECOACH INN FUDGE PECAN PIE | |
2 c. hot water 3 1/2 oz. chocolate 12 oz. c. evaporated milk 4 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 c. flour Salt 1/2 oz. vanilla 1-1 1/2 c. pecans Heat the water and chocolate until melted. Add milk, bring to boil. Cream together sugar, butter, flour, salt and vanilla. Add chocolate mixture and blend smooth. Add pecans. Pour into 2 unbaked shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. (Filling thicken.) |
