MEATLOAF 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 eggs
2 slices of bread, toasted & crumbled
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

SAUCE :

3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. yellow mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix sauce ingredients. Adjust to taste.

Cooking meatloaf is an art, not a science, so there's lots of room for variation to taste.

Mix all ingredients and 1/2 the sauce. Shape into loaves, patting them to make solid. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. During last 20 minutes, spread remaining sauce on top.
