STUFFED VINEGAR PEPPERS 
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt, pepper, grated cheese, parsley and garlic to taste
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. oil
1 c. red wine
1 tbsp. sugar

Boil sugar in the wine, mix in all the other ingredients. Stuff peppers. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
