STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, cleaned 1 stick butter 3/4 tsp. garlic 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese Break off stems and dice. Saute stems in butter and garlic salt. Add 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs. Cool. Then, add cheese to mixture. Stuff mushroom caps. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. |
