CORN BEEF BAKE 
4 med. potatoes
4 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef

WHITE SAUCE:

1 1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook potatoes and cabbage 20 minutes and then drain well. In saucepan prepare white sauce (do not over cook). Add white sauce to vegetables mixing well. Spoon half of this mixture in bottom of 2 quart casserole then cover with layer of corn beef. Top with remaining mixture. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
