CREAMY RANCH DRESSING 
1/2 c. non-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. cayenne

Puree in food processor or blender. Serve 2 tablespoons over greens. Makes 1 cup.
