MOCHA ICE CREAM PIE 
18 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. coffee ice cream (or flavor of your choice)
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Lg. Cool Whip

Mix Oreo's and melted butter. Pat in bottom of 11x13 inch pan, freeze. Soften ice cream and place on top of cookie layer, freeze. Melt chocolate, sugar, butter and milk, cook slowly until thick. Cool, spread on ice cream, freeze, top with Cool Whip. Keep in freezer. Serves 12-16.
