MOLASSES PANCAKES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. bran
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. molasses
2 egg whites, beaten

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add buttermilk, molasses and egg whites. Cook on a lightly oiled, hot skillet. (Buttermilk powder and water may be substituted.) Makes two servings.
