1 box family size brownie mix
Marshmallows, enough to cover top of brownies
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)
1 c. pecans

Make brownies according to directions on box. When they are done, remove from oven and stand marshmallows on top. Put back in warm oven until marshmallows soften, let cool, then put on icing.

Put into saucepan the butter, cocoa and milk, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, pecans and vanilla. Beat well and spread on brownies. Cool and cut into squares.
