SNOWBALL CAKE 
4 tbsp. cold water
2 env. unflavored gelatin (Knox)
1 cup boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon (or 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice)
1 box Dream Whip, divided (contains 4 envelopes)
1 large angel food cake
1 bag coconut flakes

Mix 4 tablespoons cold water with 2 packages gelatin. Add 1 cup boiling water, 1 can pineapple and juice, 1 cup sugar, and lemon juice. Mix and let gel slightly (about 2 1/2 hours). Whip 3 packages of Dream Whip and add to gelatin mixture.

Line a 4-quart bowl with waxed paper. Pinch cake into small pieces. Put 1 layer of cake, 1 layer of gelatin mixture until used up. Cover with waxed paper and chill overnight.

Next day, put on plate and whip remaining package of Dream Whip and spread onto cake. Cover with coconut and chill. Keep in refrigerator.
