HAM CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. ground ham
6 oz. cooked noodles
1-2 tbsp. horseradish

Make white sauce by melting butter and carefully blending in flour, salt, milk, horseradish and mustard. Stir constantly as you bring to a boil. Heat until thick and smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, ham and warm noodles to the sauce. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
