SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 lb. hamburger browned with
1 med. chopped onion &
1 c. chopped celery
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. rice, cooked

Put in layers in casserole and pour 1-1 1/2 cups tomato juice on top. Bake for 1 hour in moderate oven.
