FRENCH TOAST 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. orange juice
8 slices Texas bread

Melt butter in a jelly roll pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over butter in pan. Mix eggs and orange juice. Dip bread slices in egg/juice mixture and place over mixture in jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes per side.
