FRENCH TOAST 
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 eggs
French bread each 1 inch thick or Texas toast
1 tbsp. butter

Beat flour, milk, sugar, salt, eggs with hand beater until smooth. Soak bread in mixture until saturated. Heat butter in skillet until moistened. Cook bread until golden brown, about 12 minutes on each side.
