SAUCY MANDARIN CHICKEN 
Flour - seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic salt
1 (2-3 lb.) chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

With juice: 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. ginger 4 tbsp. lemon juice

Put seasoned flour in bag and shake chicken pieces. Heat butter and oil in pan. Brown chicken. Drain oranges, reserve juice. Mix juice with lemon juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce and ginger. Pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. When chicken is tender, add orange and simmer.
