MANDARIN CHICKEN 
1 c. Bar B Q sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 tsp. candied ginger, chopped

Mix all ingredients together except chicken then cook sauce, add chicken when sauce is thickened. Beat and serve over cooked rice.
