MANDARIN CHICKEN | |
1 c. tomato juice 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. ginger 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. crushed pineapple Simmer for 20 minutes. After simmering above ingredients add 1/2 cup chopped green peppers. Cook 10 minutes. Pour over chicken and back into oven. Brown chicken first just like you normally make for frying chicken. |
