HONEY'S EASY CLAM CHOWDER 
2 sm. cans clams
1 bottle clam juice
4-5 potatoes, peeled & diced
2-3 tbsp. butter
5-6 strips bacon, cooked crisp (more is ok)
2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 c. milk
1 diced onion
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook potatoes in juice from clams and bottle of juice. Saute onions in the butter, until soft, then add to potatoes. Add clams, crumbled bacon, evaporated milk, regular milk, lemon juice and pepper.

Simmer. The longer you cook it the creamier it gets, so you can decide how thick you want it - but watch it so it does not burn on the bottom.
