TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 family size can water packed tuna
Finely chopped onion, celery, bell pepper (1 c. total)
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (12 oz.) pkg. flat noodles, prepared according to pkg. directions

Saute celery, onion, and bell pepper in large skillet in small amount of butter or oil until done. Add soups, stir, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer 10 minutes until mixture is well blended.

In large casserole dish, combine tuna, cooked noodles and soup mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake until cheese has melted and mixture is bubbly, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 6-8 servings.
