LASAGNA 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes

1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles

CHEESE FILLING:

3 c. Ricotta cheese (sm.)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 pkgs. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat slowly, spoon off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer (uncovered) for 1/2 hour.

Cook lasagna noodles in large amount of boiling salted water. (This may take 15 minutes.) Drain.

Mix first 6 cheese filling ingredients. Place 1/2 of the cooked noodles in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Spread with 1/2 the cheese filling mix. Cover with 1/2 the Mozzarella and 1/2 the meat sauce. Repeat layers and top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
