MYSTERY CHICKEN 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 bay leaf, crumbled
3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Make marinade of oil, soy sauce, wine and bay leaf. Pour over chicken and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper and mustard.

Remove chicken from marinade and coat with bread crumb mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, turning once.
