SKILLET STICKY CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. oil
2 1/2-3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken or chicken thighs, cut up
1 pouch Campbell's onion soup mix
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. water

In a skillet over medium heat cook chicken pieces in oil until browned on all sides. Drain fat.

In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Stir into chicken in the skillet. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. 4 servings.
