4 tbsp. butter (softened)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkgs. French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies

Mix together butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Blend milk and pudding, then add Cool Whip. Fold this together with cream cheese mixture.

Crush Oreo cookies. Alternate layers of crumbs and pudding, crumbs and pudding with crumbs on top. To look like "dirt" cake put into a clean flower pot, add plastic flowers. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Serve.
