TRAIL MIX | |
1/2 c. dry roasted nuts 1/2 c. whole almonds 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. granola cereal 1/2 c. stick pretzels 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk Preheat 300 degree oven. In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Pour condensed milk over; toss until mixture is well coated. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Transfer to aluminum foil to cool completely. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Yield: about 4 cups trail mix. |
