SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH SAUSAGE 
3 c. sliced potatoes
2 lb. fresh sausage
4 tbsp. flour
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. hot milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Fry sausage and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Grease casserole and layer ingredients into casserole. Start with potatoes, sausage, onion, flour, salt and pepper and alternate until all ingredients are use. Pour hot milk over all. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
