CAPE VERDEAN RICE 
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 of an onion
1 tomato
1 bag of beans (any you'd like)
1 Goya cube
2 1/2 cup of rice
1 tablespoon of salt

Mix all of the ingredients except for the beans. Let the onions, tomato, goya cube, and olive oil cook for a little then add the beans. Add 5 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of salt. Let it cook until it boils. That's when you add the rice. Let it cook 10 to 15 minutes.

DONE! READY TO EAT!
