WON'S SMOKED HAM 
Salt
Pepper
Fresh ham
Hickory chips
Water
Barbecue sauce

Soak a fresh pork ham in salt water for 24 hours. Rub pepper on. Put on smoker with hickory chips for 8 hours. Flip after 4 hours. Check constantly. With about 2 hours left, start basting with your favorite sauce.
