NANA ARNOLD'S OPEN FACE
HAMBURGERS
 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. ketchup
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Split rolls. Cover each roll well with mixture up to edges. Put under broiler for 6 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Do not make mixture too thick on roll.
