POTATO BISCUITS | |
1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes 1 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. butter, softened (not melted) 1 c. hot water 1/3 c. cold water 3 c. Bisquick Combine flakes, sugar, butter, and hot water. Mix well. Add cold water to mix, stirring until well blended. Add more water to make soft dough. Turn on a floured board and knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 to 3/4 inch thickness. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees about 10 minutes. |
