POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 yellow cake mix or lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant pudding (either vanilla or lemon)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten well
1 c. water

(If you use lemon mix - you can add a little lemon juice and lemon rind)
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Place above ingredients in order given, in large bowl. Beat 5 minutes and place batter in 2 large loaf pans or 4 small mini-loaf pans which have been well greased (Pam). Bake in 350 degrees oven - large pans 50 minutes, small pans 40 minutes. This is a very moist bread, almost like a super cake.
