POPPY SEED BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. poppy seed

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Then add rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Pour into well greased and floured loaf pan; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
