MOLDED PEAR SALAD 
1 med. size can pears, drained and mashed (save juice)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling pear juice (add water if necessary to make 1 cup). Beat cream cheese with milk. Beat into jello mixture with mixer. chill until almost set. Fold in mashed pears and whipped cream. Place into mold and refrigerate until set. Garnish with cherries, if desired.
