MIXED VEGETABLES 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. California Blend Vegetables
1 med. to lg. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste (don't need much, onion flavors it)
Can add seasoned salt
1/2 pkg. frozen corn, if desired

Put all together in saucepan with only couple tablespoons of water and steam cook until crunchy done. Do not overcook.
