COCONUT CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines yellow or white cake mix
1 lg. can cream of coconut syrup
1 c. coconut
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Bake cake as directed on package. Remove from oven and poke full of holes. Pour coconut syrup over cake, then condensed milk over that. Let cool in refrigerator overnight. Spread Cool Whip on cake then sprinkle with coconut just before serving. Refrigerate unused cake.
