MY FISH SOUP 
1 lb. shelled shrimp, diced
1 lb. boned & shredded red snapper
1 c. diced onion (finely diced or minced)
1 c. diced potato
1/2 c. strained cooked tomato
1 tbsp. butter
1 bay leaf
6 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in large pot. Simmer 50 minutes. Vegetables should be tender. Add lemon juice, stir and serve.
